  1. Q> How do I book my trip?

    A> You can book by clicking here to access our on line booking page. Also you can download our Booking Form here. When completed, this can be posted to our office with your deposit. We will confirm your booking and forward comprehensive trip departure booklets and other information regarding visas, vaccinations, personal clothing, equipment and the like, to ensure you are fully prepared for your adventure. If you are unsure about online booking or have encountered a problem, you can book your trip over the telephone.
    Note: We cannot confirm any booking until we receive your fully completed booking form. Any unreasonable delay in submitting your booking form may jeopardise your place on your chosen trip.

  2. Q> How do I pay for my trip and what credit or debit cards can I use?

    A> You can pay on line using your Visa, MasterCard or Maestro Card on our secure booking page or call to our office and we will help you to book your trip.         

  3. Q> I am travelling alone, can I share a room with somebody else to avoid the single supplement?

    A> Select ‘twin share’ room and we will attempt to pair you up with another single person of the same sex.         

  4. Q> Are flights included?

    A> International flights are not included and need to be arranged either by yourself or a travel agent. Trips with local flights are only included where specified in our detailed itinerary.  Apon booking flights you must inform us of your flight details so we can pass them forward to ensure that our transfer team can meet you at the airport      

  5. Q> How do I book my own flight?

    A> MAKE SURE YOUR TRIP IS GUARANTEED TO RUN BEFORE YOU PURCHASE TICKETS. You should be aware that most of the cheaper airline tickets available for sale on the internet or from low cost carriers are non-refundable in the case of cancellation. For this reason we strongly advise you check the rules of the ticket when you make a flight booking, and check the limitations of any cancellation insurance policy you have. We cannot be held liable, in the unlikely eventuality that we should be forced to cancel your trip, for losses incurred relating to any flight booking you have made yourself. Please forward your full flight schedule including the airline, flight numbers, departure and arrival times as soon as your flights are confirmed.           

  6. Q> Do I need travel insurance?

    A> We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance.  Please feel free to call us with any queries with regard the nature and content of your chosen trip.
