We strongly recommend that you read all essential information about the trip. The detailed itinerary and our general terms and conditions contain lots of important information, including full information for each day of your active holiday, accommodation, visa and vaccination requirements.
It is important that you choose a trip that is well suited to your experience and fitness level.
Once you have decided which trip you are interested in, there are three ways to book your trip:

Internet – The quickest way to book your trip and make sure you get on the departure you want.

Phone – Choose to book by phone and one of our sales consultants will guide you through the booking process.

Booking Form – Please download, print and complete the booking form and post to us along with your cheque (made payable to UK Direct Services Ltd).
Please ensure you have read the Terms and Conditions.
Once you have chosen your holiday, the next step is to check availability on the specific adventure page, or contact us by e-mail or phone. A minimum number of participants is required for each trip to go ahead. We advise you to book your holiday as early as possible as our popular trips tend to get booked up months in advance.
Remember, we will require full information for all passengers at the time of booking: number of passport, name as it appears on your passport and date of birth.
Deposit
We require a £200 deposit per person which is non-refundable, except in the event of the trip not going ahead. We strongly recommend that you have travel insurance when you book your holiday, which we can also arrange for you.
Late Booking
If you are booking a trip less than eight weeks prior to departure, we will require a full payment.
Payment
After you have paid your deposit we will send you a confirmation of the trip together with your trip invoice. The balance of your payment is due eight weeks before departure. The exact date of payment will be shown on your invoice. This confirmation will include personal details, visa forms, visa application advice, and a detailed itinerary. We will also send you a checklist to ensure you have everything ready for your holiday
You can make payment of your outstanding balance online by debit or credit card (a charge of 2.8% will be applied for credit cards) or by cheque (made payable to UK Direct Services Ltd).
If we do not receive payment by the date shown on your invoice, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and apply a cancellation charge.
Please note: if your trip does not meet the minimum number eight weeks before the departure date, the trip will be cancelled, and all monies received will be refunded.
